We're looking for dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team!

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll work in a fast-paced environment using warehouse technology and equipment to receive, organize, replenish, pick, pack, and ship merchandise.

We are hiring across multiple departments!!

Replenishment & Putaway

Help keep our inventory organized, accurate, and ready to fulfill customer orders.

• Move merchandise from receiving areas to designated storage and picking locations.
• Use handheld technology to complete inventory replenishment and putaway tasks.
• Operate warehouse equipment, which may include pallet jacks, order pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts.
• Maintain accurate inventory placement and organization throughout the distribution center.
• Safely navigate warehouse aisles, elevated storage areas, and multi-level picking modules.

Store Replenishment

Help ensure our retail stores receive the products they need to serve customers.

• Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to retail stores.
• Use voice-picking technology to accurately fulfill replenishment orders.
• Load and secure merchandise for transportation.
• Verify product quantities and maintain order accuracy.
• Support receiving, inventory processing, and other warehouse operations as needed.

Direct to Customer (E-commerce Fulfillment)

Help deliver a great customer experience by accurately preparing and shipping online orders.

• Pick, pack, and load customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use voice-picking technology and warehouse systems to process orders.
• Verify product quantities and quality before shipment.
• Follow standardized procedures for picking, packing, loading, and carton cutting.
• Prepare completed packages for shipment to customers.

Inbound & Receiving

• Unload and sort incoming merchandise.
• Receive, count, and inspect products for accuracy and quality.
• Help ensure inventory is properly processed and accounted for.
• Support the efficient flow of products throughout the distribution center.

• Flexibility to support other departments as operational needs change.

Available Work Schedules
We offer full-time opportunities with schedules varying by department:

• Beginning of Week: Sunday-Wednesday
• End of Week: Thursday-Saturday
• Weekday: Monday-Friday

Department assignments and specific working hours will be discussed during the hiring process.

Experience and Skills Required

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 3 months combined work history
• Proficiency in operating multiple pieces of warehouse powered equipment (walkie rider, stock chaser, stand up forklift, order picker, and/or reach truck)
• Experience working in a Distribution Center or warehouse environment is preferred
• Knowledge of various distribution systems such as labor management system, radio frequency devices and voice picking preferred
• Ability to pass background checks and investigations due to foreign, federal, state and local regulations; based on position responsibility and sensitivity, periodic check and reinvestigations may be performed
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
• Arrives on time and is prepared to begin work at the scheduled shift time and committed to working scheduled hours with flexibility to work additional hours based on changing business needs
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization
• Flexible, with a positive attitude and passion for knowledge
• Possesses focused attention to detail while working quickly and accurately under pressure
• Ability to work within and exemplify The Container Store brand which we describe as matchless, fun, authentic, team-focused and life-changing
