Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the Company and the Corporate FP&A Department through business reporting and analysis, managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes, and utilizing financial and operational modeling to analyze business trends. This position works closely with other members of the Finance team and all departments in the Company, providing analytical support for strategic business decisions. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position, based in Dallas Fort Worth on a non-negotiable 3 day in office, hybrid working model. Relocations may be considered but are not preferred.

Responsibilities
- Manages all aspects of budgeting, monthly forecasting and long-range planning processes - focusing on SG&A, headcount & cost of the workforce, understanding of sales/gross profit and overall consolidated financials.
- Manages plan/forecast and monthly tracking/reporting of capital expenditures.
- Partners with corporate functions to help track expenses, analyze variances and update forecasts monthly.
- Supports quarterly business reviews and BOD meetings by assisting with the presentations, running financial analysis/scenarios/ad-hoc reports as necessary.
- Partners with International affiliate to monitor & analyze performance, support variance analysis, and project intracompany eliminations.
- Maintains and enhances the Adaptive Planning financial forecasting model.
- Provides analytical support for special projects or business decisions, drives process improvements incl. report automation, process streamline.
- Performs other requested tasks and duties.

Qualifications
- College degree required, preferably with concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably within a large, matrixed organization or retailer. Consulting firms will also be highly considered such as KPMG, BCG, Deloitte, etc.
- Strong Excel skills - comfortable with complex financial modeling including use of advanced functions such as sumifs, xlookup, and pivot tables.
- Strong PowerPoint skills, must be able to interpret complex concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand graphs, charts, and visual graphics.
- Experience in NPV/ROI analysis, Adaptive Planning, Power BI, and/or MicroStrategy a plus.
- Ability to problem-solve and being a self-starter with strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Results driven, with a natural curiosity, attention to detail and experience navigating/managing nuances.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner.
- Is committed to working scheduled hours and has the flexibility to work additional hours based on changing business needs.
- Knowledge of industry business and passion for following trends in the industry.
