This position is responsible for developing overall CRM marketing strategy, generating content ideas, and driving results. This role will help optimize efficiencies with the goal of driving customer engagement and company revenue. This position will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with internal teams and agency partners to ensure campaigns, programs, initiatives are aligned and achieving objectives. This leader should understand cross-channel communication planning across email, push notification and SMS for omni-channel journey planning. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and develop overall marketing strategy for CRM channels: email, SMS and push
- Responsible for all calendar-based CRM activations and promotions supporting online and store goals, maximizing channel performance and customer engagement
- Leverage customer insights to plan segment and life-stage marketing strategies, and lead the functional requirements and execution of supporting journeys and personalization efforts
- Partner with cross-functional teams on marketing strategy and messaging with a focus on customer needs, purchase cycles and seasonal trends
- Brief, review, critique and QA campaigns across email, SMS and push projects while adhering to strict project timelines
- Oversee flawless delivery of messages and troubleshooting of issues
- Own channel KPIs and partner with the Analytics team on regular tests and performance reporting
- Acts as the CRM subject expert, sharing best practices, competitive trends and industry changes impacting channels
- Manage monthly and yearly marketing expenses for CRM
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field required
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, loyalty or marketing operations for an agency or consumer-facing brand
- Experienced with marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred), digital analytics and project management tools
- Exceptional project management, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize projects with the greatest business impact
- Possesses focused attention to detail while working quickly and accurately under pressure
- Excellent ability to utilize data for analysis, reporting and developing insights and future initiatives
- Experience with CRM testing methodologies, versioning and personalization
- Strong communicator of ideas, proposals and results to leaders and stakeholders
- Flexible, with a positive attitude and passion for knowledge
- Retail experience is a plus
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Based in Dallas/Ft. Worth area on a hybrid schedule - 3 days in office / 2 days remote
- Is committed to working scheduled hours and has the flexibility to work additional hours based on changing business needs
