Overview
The Online Merchandising Coordinator plays a key role in onboarding all new products to our website, ensuring the timing is in sync with our brick and mortar stores. This position will support administrative and tactical functions of the Online Merchandising team and will assist in coordinating the visual display of our e-commerce site. Our Online Merchandising Coordinator will need to possess the ability to work within aggressive deadlines within a fast paced environment. This position works closely with Buying, Creative, Marketing, Visual Sales and Technology to enhance and build the online assortment, product information, category information and website merchandising. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages and owns new products process; managing cross functional partnerships while proactively working towards expected launch dates
- Owns routing process within new product setup process and follow up
- Assists Online Merchandising Manger with daily validation of execution
- Works weekly reports and keeps Online Merchandising team updated on status and follows through on action items
- Understands and manages weekly analytical reporting pertaining to the overall business
- Provides Creative, Marketing, Social and Public Relations departments with product information based on weekly meetings/schedules
- Assists Online Merchandising team with testing Homepage and Campaign Page process, UGC (User Generated Content), creating links and other ad hoc requests
- Assists in executing overall e-commerce merchandising strategy
- Reviews site, customer feedback, online analytics and product photography to make recommendations to enhance overall customer experience
- Responsible for maintaining discretion related to all confidential/sensitive company and customer information
- Performs all other assigned duties

Experience and Skills Required
- College degree preferred
- Minimum 1-3 years professional experience; Ecommerce experience preferred
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point); HTML knowledge a plus
- Working knowledge of online analytics platforms, Adobe analytics preferred
- Based in Dallas/Ft. Worth area
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
- Is committed to working scheduled hours and has the flexibility to work additional hours based on changing business needs
- Knowledge of industry business and passion for following trends in the industry
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization
- Ability to quickly separate the mission-critical tasks from the lower priority tasks; focuses on the most value-added projects of the day or week
- Flexible, with a positive attitude and passion for knowledge
