Overview
The B2B Project Coordinator supports our Account Executives and internal sales team in delivering Custom Space solutions throughout the sales cycle, including designing, quoting, order processing, installation, and post-order follow-up. This employee will work closely with Operations Managers and partner with other departments at DFW to drive business sales. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Exercises effective prioritization skills to manage multiple B2B projects daily and meet deadlines as directed by the Operation Managers
- Maintains consistent communication with other departments that impact B2B (e.g., Stores, Transportation, Fulfillment, Installation, Buying, Marketing, and others) to ensure the success and completion of individual orders and projects
- Establishes an effective and professional relationship with our Account Executives, installation partners, internal business partners, and customers
- Supports the development of sales opportunities, including designing, quoting, placing orders, post-project follow-up (e.g., scheduling and confirming product delivery), and providing billing details as needed
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of workflows and processes and can follow them thoroughly
- Ensure projects stay on track, have appropriate service levels, while protecting the projects overall profitability
- Focuses on driving department and company initiatives with determination and a positive attitude
- Provides consistent and constructive feedback to the direct supervisor, specifically related to training and coaching opportunities during individual updates
- Responsible for maintaining discretion related to all confidential and sensitive company and customer information
- Consistently arrives promptly to work assigned schedule
- College degree preferred
- 2-5 years of sales, training or related experience
- Based in Dallas/Ft. Worth area
- Ability to provide competent customer service over multiple communication channels to complete business orders
- Flexibility to work remotely as needed (based on the Company Telecommuting Policy) in an effective and efficient manner
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SalesForce
- Is committed to working scheduled hours and has the flexibility to work additional hours based on changing business needs
- Knowledge of industry business and passion for following trends in the industry
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization
- Ability to quickly separate the mission-critical tasks from the lower priority tasks; focuses on the most value-added projects of the day or week
- Flexible, with a positive attitude and passion for knowledge
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once
- Possesses focused attention to detail while working quickly and accurately under pressure
- Makes strategic and effective decisions in the best interest of our customers and our company, taking care to objectively process information
